Compared with traditional production lines, this intelligent production line can significantly compress production cycles and reduce costs. Relying on the supporting MES digital management system, every piece of glass that rolls off the line generates an exclusive “digital ID” through laser marking, achieving full-lifecycle traceable management from raw material warehousing, production and processing, quality inspection, to outbound delivery and after-sales tracing. It is worth mentioning that this production line possesses high-adaptability flexible production capabilities and can mass-produce high-end categories such as 2.4×4.2-meter ultra-large specifications of LandVac Titanium Vacuum Insulated Glass and vacuum composite special glass, filling the industry's gap in large-format high-end vacuum glass mass production and allowing “Intelligent Manufacturing in China” to truly stand at the forefront of the world in the vacuum glass field.

Proven Performance through Global Certification

As a new generation of super vacuum glass with higher strength, lower heat transfer, longer service life, and excellent appearance and performance, LandVac Titanium Vacuum Insulated Glass has successively passed rigorous domestic and international testing systems, including China’s CTC (CCC) certification, China Green Building Material Product Certification, US SGCC certification, US ATI wind load testing, Australia’s CSI safety glass certification, Germany’s IFT testing, and France’s CSTB testing. Meanwhile, the advancement of CE and EPD certifications for the European market has also made significant stage progress, with the global compliance certification network becoming increasingly perfect, laying a solid foundation for the product’s global voyage. Field data shows that its limit U-value is as low as $0.3W/(m^2·K)$, with heat insulation capacity reaching 2 to 4 times that of conventional hollow glass. The weighted sound insulation reaches as high as 39dB, providing a significant suppression effect on low-to-medium frequency noises with strong penetrating power such as traffic noise and construction noise, allowing for both tranquility and energy saving. From thermal transmittance to acoustic performance, LandVac Titanium Vacuum Insulated Glass, with its comprehensively leading indicators, firmly occupies a place of international top-tier quality, providing reliable and efficient solutions for building curtain walls and special scenarios.

International Validation: Energy Efficiency and Sustainability

The German Centre for Applied Energy Research (CAE), in conjunction with the Technical University of Darmstadt and other top international institutions, conducted a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of LandVac Titanium Vacuum Insulated Glass. In the thermal-mechanical load resistance capacity test, simulating extreme sunshine conditions in Southern Europe in summer (approx. 960W/m² constant radiation), LandVac Titanium Vacuum Insulated Glass endured 178 temperature cycles over a 20-day measurement period. Each cycle was under extreme working conditions significantly higher than 80℃, and its thermal insulation performance remained stable throughout, verifying its excellent thermal durability with reliable performance in extreme environments. At the same time, the research team also conducted a comprehensive calculation of vacuum composite hollow glass versus commercially available triple-pane double-chamber hollow glass. The results show that compared to triple-pane double-chamber argon-filled glass, the project’s use of LandVac Titanium Vacuum Insulated Glass reduced fossil fuel (natural gas) consumption for building heating by up to 16%, with an annual comprehensive energy-saving rate of 15.2%. It can significantly reduce building heating energy consumption and carbon emissions under European climate conditions.

Meanwhile, in a 12-month field measurement and verification project carried out at the headquarters of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) in Hong Kong, LandVac Titanium Vacuum Insulated Glass was comprehensively compared with traditional glass windows. During the hottest time of the day, the inner surface temperature of the system installed with LandVac Titanium Vacuum Insulated Glass was on average 7.74℃ lower than that of traditional glass, effectively reducing heat transfer to the interior; the indoor air temperature behind the glass was 1.7℃ lower than that of existing glass, directly improving indoor thermal comfort. Building energy consumption prototype simulations based on the test specifications show that under Hong Kong's climate conditions, adopting LandVac Titanium Vacuum Insulated Glass can reduce building cooling load by 24% and total building energy consumption by 11%.
