GB/T 29490-2023, the latest national standard for Enterprise Intellectual Property Compliance Management Systems, was released on August 6, 2023, and officially implemented on January 1, 2024. Compared to the 2013 version, the new standard introduces additional requirements, including intellectual property compliance risk management, stakeholder needs and expectations, identification of environmental factors, and system monitoring and evaluation. These updates impose higher and more comprehensive standards for corporate intellectual property management.
