09 July 2025 – LandVac, the subsidiary of LandGlass Technology Co., Ltd. (LandGlass) ,and ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) (ClearVue or the Company) have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to form a strategic partnership to include research and development, manufacturing, and commercialisation of a new class of solar vacuum insulated glazing (Solar VIG) products.

Vacuum Glazing delivers excellent insulation (U-Value) and acoustic performance. This, combined with ClearVue power production and lower solar heat transmission (SHGC), means game-changing energy savings in glass. Moreover, the ability to deliver this performance with a lower weight also reduces the embedded carbon in the building structure.

The new Solar VIG Range will feature innovative glazing products that combine thermal insulation and solar energy generation, including:

VIG-Solar Vacuum Insulated Vision Glass

Vacuum Insulated Solar Skylights

Vacuum Insulated Solar Spandrel

Vacuum Insulated Solar Cladding Panels

The new range will be co-branded and marketed through both LandGlass’s and ClearVue’s established global distribution networks and licensees.
