The Solution

The glazier, Mulder Vastgoedonderhoud B.V., replaced the existing glass with BENGglas® vacuum glazing—a product exclusively supplied in Holland by BENGglas and manufactured by LandVac.

The result was an impressive U-value of 0.4, achieving better insulation than standard triple glazing, yet with a slim 8mm profile that fit seamlessly into the existing frames. This thin profile allowed the original mullions to be carefully replaced, preserving the home's authentic look with modern technology.
